How IVECO produces individualisable customer magazines for DACH markets and dealers

IVECO is a global manufacturer of commercial vehicles in the on-highway segment. With over 26,000 employees worldwide, production plants in 11 countries, around 5,000 sales offices and customer service centres in more than 160 countries, the company also has an extensive global network of around 1,300 dealers and workshops.

Since 2018, IVECO has been distributing its traditional customer magazine IVECO & YOU digitally, relying on Webmag technology. For the changeover, the corporate design of the print magazine has been modernised and expanded for digital use. Since then all magazines and issues can be realised in the visual editor of Webmag.

As a pioneer of digitalisation, IVECO even takes it to the next level. Via a central marketing platform, IVECO provides all specialist retailers and partner companies in the DACH region with their marketing and sales materials - among them the customer magazine IVECO & YOU. Specialist retailers and partners can easily add their own content to the magazine, for example inserting their own logo and company address or integrating their own articles with local campaigns and advices.

By doing so, IVECO empowers specialist dealers and partners to implement digital measures - without much effort and adapted to the needs of smaller businesses. At the same time, IVECO ensures that its brand is perfectly presented to end customers at the most important touchpoints - local car dealerships and partner workshops.
